1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Panthaion (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and confirm you have read our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Panthaion is a web platform that allows users to upload, publish, and share datasets and models (“Content”). Uploaded Content may be listed on the Ecosystem — a marketplace-style directory where other users can browse, download, and use Content. Users may also access Content directly within the Panthaion notebook environment to perform analysis and build projects.

Features, listings, and availability may change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service, the Ecosystem, or the notebook environment.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including any Content you upload and any use of Content accessed through the Ecosystem or notebooks. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the Service or other users.

4. Your Content

You retain all intellectual property rights in Content you upload to Panthaion. By uploading Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, display, and distribute your Content as necessary to operate the Service — including making it available on the Ecosystem and within the notebook environment for other users to access, download, or use as permitted by your chosen listing settings.

You represent and warrant that:

• you own or have sufficient rights to upload and share the Content;
• the Content does not violate applicable law, third-party intellectual property rights, data protection obligations, or any licence under which it was originally obtained;
• any personal data contained within uploaded datasets has been collected and may be shared in accordance with applicable privacy law; and
• the Content does not contain malicious code, unlicensed proprietary material, or content that infringes the rights of any person.

5. Ecosystem and Content Use

When you access Content through the Ecosystem or use it in a notebook, you agree that:

• you will use Content only in accordance with the licence terms set by the uploader and any restrictions displayed on the listing;
• you will not redistribute, resell, or republish Content beyond what those terms permit;
• Panthaion does not verify the accuracy, completeness, legality, or fitness for purpose of any Content listed on the Ecosystem — you use it at your own risk; and
• results, outputs, or analyses produced using Content in the notebook environment are your responsibility.

6. Acceptable Use

You will not misuse the Service. Prohibited conduct includes (without limitation): uploading unlawful, harmful, or infringing Content; attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Service or other users’ accounts; distributing malware or harmful code; scraping or overloading the infrastructure; harassing or impersonating other users; and circumventing access controls on Ecosystem Content. We may remove Content or restrict access at our discretion when we reasonably believe a violation has occurred.

7. Disclaimers

The Service, the Ecosystem, and all datasets, models, analyses, and outputs are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. You rely on any Content accessed through the Ecosystem or produced in the notebook environment entirely at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Panthaion and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose or (b) one hundred dollars (USD 100), unless applicable law requires otherwise.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version with a new effective date on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent allowed by applicable law.
